You may notice sites that have disappeared are now indicated with the icon. I have done this as a convenience to others who may also have links to these sites and who may now want to remove or update their listings. When I have found sites that are no longer accessible, but, that may be temporarily unavailable or moved, I have indicated them with "N/A (and the date of visit)" notation. I have only done this in cases where the orginal content was such that I would like to re-establish the link.
