GERMANY: All have dense, long, stand-offish double coats. Sizes & Colors as follows:
Giant German Spitz - 40 lbs. 16" minimum. Solid colors; black, white or brown.
German Wolfspitz/Keeshond - 18" minimum. Color is wolf-grey.
Standard German Spitz - 25 lbs. 11.5"-14" Solid colors; white, black, brown, orange, and wolf-grey.
Small German Spitz - 7 lbs. minimum. 8.5"-11" Solid colors; black, white, brown, wolf-grey, or orange.
Toy German Spitz/Pomeranian - Under 7 lbs. Under 8.5" All solid colors.

GREAT BRITAIN by way of
Pomerania GERMANY: 3-7 lbs. 11" max. Abundant coat with a medium-long, straight, harsh outer coat; soft and fluffy undercoat. Possible colors include: black, brown, chocolate, beaver, red, orange, cream, orange sable, wolf sable, blue, white or particolor. The FCI considers the Pomeranian to be the same breed as the German Zwergspitz.

NETHERLANDS: 55-66 lbs. 17"-19" Abundant, long, dense, stand-offish outer coat; cottony undercoat. Color is wolf grey (grey/black mix) with lighter shadings around the eyes, on the head, and undersides. The FCI considers the Keeshond to be the same breed as the German Wolfspitz, but the FCI standard calls for the dogs to be at least 18" at the shoulder.

AMERICAN: 75-110 lbs. or more 24"-28" Medium-short coat is harsh and double, with no feathering. Any color including white; brindle; or pinto, with or without mask or blaze. White Akitas have no mask. Undercoat may be a different color from outer coat.

KOREA: 22-44 lbs. 17"-21.5" Coat is of medium length, coarse with a thick undercoat. Only white and red (tan) Jindos are, currently, recognized. However, they are seen in black, black/tan and red/white on the Jindo Island.
